ASAS - assemblée générale et discussion des rapports de la ligue

The Swiss Association of Competition Law (ASAS) will hold its annual general assembly on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 5:30 PM in Neuchâtel. After the statutory part, from approximately 6:00 PM, the Swiss rapporteurs will present their contributions for the upcoming congress of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC) which will take place from October 9 to 12 in Vienna. These presentations will focus on two current topics: the abuse of relative market power and platform liability. A discussion with all participants will follow these presentations. The session about the reports will end between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, after which participants will have the opportunity to attend a dinner at Restaurant La Terrasse, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Neuchâtel. Participation in the general assembly and presentations is free. The dinner is at an additional cost and requires separate registration.
