APRIL 5 I MIX HYROX DOUBLE RACE

Every six weeks, the in-house HYROX Competition format returns to Mix Brussels, with two editions: a free internal edition for members only, followed six weeks later by an external edition open to all. 

The Double (open) HYROX LAB race is back on April 5th for members and non members.
Get ready to compete!

/ SCHEDULE
Select your wave according to your estimated finish time and come 45 minutes prior to your starting time:
Wave 1 (10:00) — for participants expecting to finish in under 1 hour
Wave 13 (11:30) — for participants estimating a 1h30 finish time

Make sure to take only 1 ticket for 1 duo.
Please be aware that wave times may be modified based on the weight standards for male and female categories.

/ PRACTICAL INFORMATION
A dedicated warm-up zone and recovery area will be available to help you perform at your best.
Your registration includes access to our welcome desk, a full race briefing, judges, a precision timing system, professional photos during the race and at the finish line, a drink, and a few special surprises.

Please note there is no shower or changing room for non-members.

About HYROX & our facilities
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 × 1 km runs with functional workout stations performed in sequence.

Opened mid-October at Mix Brussels, our HYROX Lab offers 1000 m² of premium training space, including a 100m indoor running track. Train with a complete HYROX setup with Stride equipments —SkiErgs, sleds, rowers, sandbags, kettlebells, and wall-ball zones.

NO TICKETS NEEDED FOR SPECTATORS AND VISITORS.
