Op 22 maart, samen met de komst van de lente, organiseert Camina Dance School een Cubaanse bootcamp en salsafiesta in Antwerpen! Het thema van dit bootcamp is dansen op het ritme van Son en hoe we deze rijke flow kunnen toepassen op de dansvloer!Op het menu: drie workshops en een geweldige fiesta met de beste Cubaanse muziek van DJ El Raton Rabioso en animaties van het Camina team... dit alles in de unieke sfeer waar Camina Dance School voor staat!
14h30-16h Son & Salsa a Contratiempo met Oona & NicoIn het eerste deel concentreren we ons op het begrijpen en beheersen van de flow en het danstempo van de Cubaanse Son, waarbij we individueel werken.
In het tweede deel passen we deze kennis toe ahv een salsacombinatie gedanst op contratiempo-timing, waardoor we dieper in die onweerstaanbare flow van de Cubaanse Son duiken.

On March 22nd, coinciding with the arrival of Spring, we’ll have a whole day of cuban bootcamp and salsa party in Antwerp! The bootcamp will focus on dancing to the rhythm of Son and how to bring this rich flow into our social dancing at parties. On the menu: three dance workshops and an amazing party with the best Cuban music and entertainment... all in the unique atmosphere that only Camina knows how to create!
PROGRAM
14h30-16h Son & Salsa a Contratiempo with Oona et Nico
A 90-minute class divided into two parts. In the first, we’ll focus on understanding and mastering the flow of dancing to the rhythm of Cuban Son, working individually. In the second, we’ll apply this knowledge through a salsa combination danced to contratiempo timing, diving deeper into that irresistible flow.
16h15-17h15 Timba Fusion Partnerwork (with elements of contratiempo) with Tess et Juan Carlos
In this class, we will develop a timba sequence, incorporating elements learned in the previous workshop to enrich the dance and elevate the experience.
