PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER FAQ's & INFORMATION AND FILL IN YOUR REGISTRATION/APPLICATION FORM. Once reviewed and approved, you will be sent a trader agreement and invoice for payment. Please note your booking is not confirmed until you have signed your agreement and made payment. Final payments are due by 30 March 2026.
Your ticket includes a free pitch for camping plus 2 adult and 2 child tickets (5-15) For additional staff / family tickets, please purchase reduced price weekend tickets by using the voucher code sent to you in your acceptance email.
Traders MUST be able to arrive on and set up by Thursday, 2nd July 2025.
You must list ALL products that you intend to sell, including estimated food prices if applicable. This will be subject to review and confirmation once we approve your application and send you a trader agreement and invoice.
Please note, if no payment has been made within 30 days once invoice has been issued, your application will automatically be cancelled and offered to the next applicant on the waiting list. If payment terms are required, please speak to us.
Once you have signed your contract a separate invoice will be sent to you for your refundable deposit.
