PARTY FOR A TEKNO MOVIE SHOOTING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.- The company LOS DESERTORES FILMS, AIE, with NIF V13676549 and registered office at Via Laietana 37, 5º2ª, 08003 Barcelona (the "Company") is the organizer of the festival CLAP 2 THE BEAT that will take place on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of May 2024 in the centre of Spain (TBC) (the "Festival").
2.- Remember that the ticket you will receive is personal and non-transferable. Minors not accompanied by a legal guardian of legal age will not be allowed to enter the festival. The Company reserves the right of admission to the Festival.
3.- The Company will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings both inside and outside the venue where the Festival is held.
4.- With the purchase of a ticket for the Festival and your participation in the same, you expressly and irrevocably authorise the Company expressly and irrevocably authorise the Company to capture, fix and use your image and voice and, if applicable, the interpretation made, by any means and in any medium, in the context of the production of the audiovisual work in feature film format, provisionally entitled "AFTER" (the "Audiovisual Work"), directed by Oliver Laxe, which is being co-produced by the Company and/or any promotional, advertising work derived from or related to the Audiovisual Work. Likewise, he/she assigns and transfers to the Company, exclusively, free of charge and with the right to transfer to third parties (exclusively or not), all the exploitation rights over the same in any form (in particular, by way of example and without limitation, direct or indirect reproduction, public communication, making available and distribution -including sale, rental and loan- and transformation) in order to incorporate them into the Audiovisual Work and/or any promotional work, derived or related to the Audiovisual Work, in any format and by any means and system of exploitation.
5.- The Company may at any time make changes to the dates, venue, artists, etc. or cancel the Festival without such changes or cancellation generating any type of compensation in favour of the user. Once they are known, the Company will notify the user by e-mail to the address indicated by the user at the time of registration for the Festival. Likewise, it will inform users of these changes on its website so that they are suitably informed.
6.- Unauthorised use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited.
