This is an invitation to introduce you to a conscious breathing workshop. In this workshop, you will learn more about your nervous system and an empowering breathing technique that will help you build resilience in your daily life. You'll be guided through a session of intuitive movement, balancing breathing (using different techniques to regulate the nervous system), and a guided meditation to gently wind down. Surrender to an experience allowing you to let go of your thoughts, connect with your body and breathe!
Your host:
Toolia is a physiotherapist (M.Sc.and member of the Ordre Professionnel des Physiothérapeutes du Québec) and kinesiologist. She has been working in the healthcare field for over 11 years, specializing in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and concussion follow-up. With a holistic vision of healthcare practice and a desire to help people reach their full potential, she has developed her practice by training as a certified breathwork and somatic healing therapist (300h certification). She specializes in a breathwork technique that focuses on regulating the nervous system.
For several years now, she has been offering various workshops in personal development, conscious breathing and guided meditation, drawing heavily on the experiences she gains through her transformative travels and continuous education. She has facilitated a wide variety of wellness retreats and festivals in Canada and abroad.
