Description
From Life & Career Change to Sustainable Inner Guidance
After a successful Life and Career Change workshop series, we now offer
the next step:
Self-Care at Work Retreats | 2-Day Weekend Workshop
A structured space to integrate insight, restore inner peace, and strengthen your capacity to navigate ongoing change with clarity and confidence.
This retreat is not about withdrawing from life —
it is about meeting change from a place of inner stability.
Why This Retreat
In demanding professional lives, we are trained to keep going, to carry responsibility, and to perform.
What is often missing is a structured moment to pause, reset the nervous system, and realign with what truly supports clarity, resilience, and sustainable energy.
This self-care retreat offers a calm, grounded environment to:
-
slow down without disengaging
-
regulate the nervous system
-
reconnect with inner guidance
-
strengthen clarity for work and life decisions
Who This Is For
Designed for professionals who take responsibility seriously, including:
-
Executives and corporate leaders
-
Healthcare professionals
-
Finance and other high-pressure decision roles
Especially suitable for those navigating:
-
professional or life transitions
-
sustained workload and responsibility
-
uncertainty due to rapid technological and organisational change
Caring for yourself is not separate from caring for others —
it is part of it.
What You Will Gain
Through guided meditation, reflection, and practical integration, you will create space for:
-
mental clarity
-

-
sustainable energy

You will learn to work from presence rather than performance, and leave with practices you can integrate into daily life.

Agenda – Self-Care at Work Retreat
Day 1
1. Arrival, Introductions & Grounding (30 min)
We begin by slowing down and arriving fully in the space. This allows body and mind to transition from “doing” into “being,” creating the conditions for focus and presence.
Purpose:
-
Shift out of performance mode
-
Establish safety and attention
-
Create a calm, contained atmosphere
2. Context & Intention (1 hour)
Self-care is not about adding more to an already full life. It is about understanding what supports clarity, resilience, and sustainable energy.
Self-care is framed as a professional and life skill.
Purpose:
-
Align expectations
-
Ground the work in real professional life
-
Position self-care as maintenance, not indulgence
3. Guided Meditation & Nervous System Regulation (30 min)
Through guided meditation and breath awareness, the nervous system is supported in settling. This reduces mental noise and creates space for insight and perspective.
Purpose:
-
Reduce stress and overload
-
Restore inner balance
-
Increase presence and clarity
Lunch Pause | 13:00 – 14:00 (Time for Networking)
4. Guided Reflections (30 min)
Participants reflect individually on what is present, what requires attention, and what supports well-being at this moment.
Methods:
-
Journaling
-
Silent inquiry
-
Simple prompts
Purpose:
-
Translate inner experience into awareness
-
Create insight without analysis overload
5. Sharing & Questions (20 min)
6. Closing & Preparation for Day 2 (10 min)
Day 2
1. Guided Reflections: Values & Self-Care (45 min)
True self-care aligns with values. We explore how clarity around values supports better boundaries, decisions, and use of energy — professionally and personally.
Purpose:
-
Connect self-care to daily choices
-
Strengthen decision-making
-
Support sustainable leadership and care
2. Guided Meditation & Nervous System Regulation (25–30 min)
Lunch Pause | 13:00 – 14:00 (Networking)
3. Practical Application & Integration (45 min)
Participants translate insights into simple, realistic practices that integrate easily into daily life.

Awareness cues

Short grounding practices
Purpose:

Ensure transfer to daily life
-
Avoid overwhelm
4. Sharing & Questions (20 min)
5. Closing & Re-Entry (10 min)
We close by gently transitioning back into activity, allowing calm and clarity to remain accessible beyond the retreat.

-
Calm re-entry into daily life
