Join Vincent Denis at Wolf Lab for a delicious hands-on workshop dedicated to his popular individual Cookies & Cream creation.

Vincent will first show you how to make two different chocolate-based creams: a vanilla white chocolate ganache and a whipped ganache, while explaining what makes them different and how to work with each one.

Then, it’s your turn! You’ll whip up your own cream, fill your piping bag and get creative decorating your cookie with the different preparations. To finish things off, we’ll add salted butter caramel chips, vanilla ice cream and a few fresh herbs for the final touch.

A sweet, hands-on afternoon for cookie lovers, curious foodies and anyone who simply enjoys learning, tasting and creating.
