Cours de cuisine FUGA en duo – Spécial Saint-Valentin

Le samedi 14 février, offrez-vous une expérience culinaire inoubliable avec votre complice préféré.e ! Une soirée unique placée sous le signe de la gastronomie, du produit de qualité et du partage.

Le programme débute à 17h30 par une cueillette sur les toits de Paris depuis notre rooftop, suivie, si le temps le permet, d’un verre de vin face à la Tour Eiffel et aux monuments parisiens illuminés.

À 18h15, direction les fourneaux au LAB’, notre tout nouveau laboratoire culinaire, guidé par Maël, notre chef du jour. Au menu :

• Spaghetti alle vongole, vous apprendrez à façonner les pâtes fraiches à la main. 

• Finger chocolat : poire, chocolat noir et pointe de gingembre

Puis, savourez vos créations dans le Fuga Space, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et intimiste, accompagné d’un verre de vin de nos cuvées signature.

On Saturday, February 14, treat yourself to an unforgettable culinary experience with your favorite partner! A unique evening dedicated to gastronomy, quality ingredients, and sharing.

The program begins at 5:30 p.m. with a harvest on the rooftops of Paris from our rooftop terrace, followed, weather permitting, by a glass of wine overlooking the Eiffel Tower and the illuminated monuments of Paris.

At 6:15 p.m. head to the kitchen at LAB’, our brand new culinary laboratory, guided by Maël, our chef for the day. On the menu:

Spaghetti alle vongole ,you will learn how to shape fresh pasta by hand.

Chocolate finger: pear, dark chocolate, and a hint of ginger

Then, enjoy your creations in the Fuga Space, in a warm and intimate atmosphere, accompanied by a glass of wine from our signature vintages.
