Welcome to FORM Festival of Running & Music, a weekend of human connection in nature, centred around the energy of the dancefloor and the trails.
FORM reflects our belief that movement transforms us. Running and dancing both trigger powerful chemical shifts that lift mood and deepen connection. When experienced together, the effect is electric! Alongside the highs, we’ve curated mindful spaces for calm, reflection and balance, because true wellbeing lives between effort and ease.
Just 30 miles from Bristol, Three Pools is a permaculture farm nestled at the foot of Skirrid Fawr on the edge of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. This ancient landscape, long a place of pilgrimage, offers breathtaking trail routes and fresh spring water that feeds the farm, its produce and our weekend community.
By day, optional guided runs of varying distances foster social connection, alongside wild swimming, sauna, yoga and hiking. As night falls, two converted barns equipped with a cutting-edge Void soundsystem host live acts and DJs, from guilty pleasures to underground club sounds. Music runs late on Saturday, inviting us to lose ourselves together.
With woodland camping, glamping options, nourishing local food and welcoming hosts, FORM is a space to move, gather and reconnect; with nature and each other.
