Le temps d'une soirée d'été, découvrez l'art de composer avec des fleurs locales fraîchement récoltées à la Friche Florale, la micro-ferme florale de Leaf & Stem installée sur le site.

Vous apprendrez à réaliser une composition naturelle à l'aide d'un pique-fleurs (kenzan), un support réutilisable inspiré de l'art floral japonais, qui permet de créer de magnifiques arrangements sans mousse florale.

Dans une ambiance conviviale, vous composerez avec des fleurs de saison cultivées sans pesticides et repartirez avec :

• votre composition florale,

• votre pique-fleurs (kenzan),

• le contenant utilisé pendant l'atelier,

....pour pouvoir recréer vos propres compositions chez vous tout au long de la saison !

L'atelier est ouvert aux débutant·es (à partir de 16 ans).

Après l'atelier, profitez des bars et stands de restauration de La Cité Fertile pour prolonger la soirée.

Floral Design with a Kenzan

Take a floral pause in the heart of La Cité Fertile.

Spend a relaxed summer evening creating with freshly harvested flowers grown just a few metres away at Friche Florale, Leaf & Stem's micro flower farm based at La Cité Fertile.

During this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to create a natural, whimsical floral arrangement using a kenzan (flower frog); a reusable tool inspired by the Japanese art of ikebana that allows you to design beautiful arrangements without floral foam.

Working with seasonal flowers grown without pesticides and with plenty of love, you'll discover sustainable floral design techniques in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

At the end of the workshop, you'll take home:

• your finished floral arrangement,

• your own kenzan (flower frog),

• the bowl used during the workshop,

....so you can continue creating beautiful arrangements at home throughout the season!

No previous experience is needed. Suitable for adults and beginners alike.

After the workshop, feel free to stay and enjoy the bars and street food at La Cité Fertile.
