La chanteuse de jazz, parolière et productrice londonienne Georgia Mancio, lauréate du premier Concours international des jeunes chanteurs de jazz de Bruxelles en 2005, est reconnue internationalement pour ses talents exceptionnels de conteuse et ses performances authentiques, qu'elle interprète ses propres compositions lumineuses ou des standards du jazz.
Sa longue collaboration avec le pianiste et compositeur Alan Broadbent, lauréat d'un Grammy Award, a donné naissance à trois albums, deux livres, des performances à travers l'Europe et les États-Unis - notamment au Ronnie Scott's et au Jazz at Lincoln Center - et plus de 40 chansons co-écrites.
Elle a également remporté deux prestigieux UK Parliamentary Jazz Awards, reçu de multiples nominations aux Jazz FM, British Jazz et Urban Music Awards, et compte parmi ses références les BBC Proms, Liane Carroll, Ian Shaw, Kate Williams, Pat Metheny (approbation des paroles), Bobby McFerrin et son propre festival ReVoice!
Ce soir, dans le cadre de sa nouvelle collaboration avec le célèbre guitariste, compositeur et producteur Jeanfrançois Prins et son éminent trio, ils explorent un répertoire varié issu du jazz, de la musique latine et des chansons européennes, ainsi que leurs propres compositions et bien d'autres.
De in Londen gevestigde jazzzangeres, tekstschrijfster en producer Georgia Mancio, winnares van de eerste Brussels International Young Jazz Singers' Competition in 2005, wordt internationaal geprezen om haar uitmuntende vertelkunst en authentieke optredens, of ze nu haar eigen schitterende originele nummers of jazzstandards vertolkt.
