• Create a dialogue between coaching, health, insurance & institutions – panel

Co-Creation workshops to identify the conditions for future recognition

• Workshop 1: Academic & Political Recognition in Switzerland: Where to Start? Objective: To identify together the first concrete ways to structure a credible recognition of health coaching in Switzerland.
• Workshop 2: Workplace: how to integrate health coaching? Objective: Co-construct concrete approaches to integrate health coaching into the health and performance strategies of organizations.
• Workshop 3: Health & care: what place for coaching? Objective: To explore the conditions for a clear and effective collaboration between health coaching, caregivers and patients.

• Clarify health coaching in light of international benchmarks and frameworks
• Create a dialogue between Swiss stakeholders
• Make health coaching part of a logic of prevention and sustainable support, in connection with the challenges of public health, autonomy, and empowerment
• Identify the conditions for a credible future recognition adapted to the Swiss context
