The presentation will explore what 6G is all about – from the tech behind it to the exciting new possibilities it will unlock. It will show how 6G can drive sustainability, smarter use of AI, stronger global connectivity and boost growth and competitiveness. It will also look at the road ahead: the key milestones, research and collaboration needed, the growing 6G ecosystem, and why sovereignty and resilience matter.

With Viktor Arvidsson, Head of Global Policy & Advocacy, Ericsson France. Prior to evolving towards marketing and strategy functions in 2005, Viktor has worked with radio engineering for 8 years, first with the French operator Bouygues Telecom and then with Ericsson. He is member of the board of AFNUM (French industry association) and member of the scientific committee of Transpolis (a French automotive/road transport test center, developing connected automotive use cases). He holds a Master in Engineering from Telecom ParisTech (1996) and a MBA from INSEAD (2004).

Moderator: Alice Petren, former Foreign Correspondent at Swedish Broadcasting. Author of books on French politics. Economist from Sthlm School of Economics.
