MIX HYROX LAB. RACE & GRAND OPENING

We are proud to announce the opening of our HYROX Lab — a dedicated 1,000 m² training space featuring all HYROX-specific training facilities and a 100m indoor running track. To celebrate, we invite you to a three-day competition and community activation. The competition will feature 270 participants in the Open Division, with prize money awarded in every category.

Thursday October 16 night – Opening Night & Solo Race

Kick off with the HYROX Solo Race.
One athlete, one lane, the full HYROX challenge — following the official HYROX race format (Open Division).

Friday October 17 all day – Discovery

• Initiation Workshops: Movements & techniques that define HYROX. Accessible to all levels.
• Lab Try-Out: Explore the new space, train & test the equipment during open-access afternoon.

Saturday October 18 all day – Doubles & Relay Race

Compete as a duo or in a four-person relay team, both following the official HYROX race format (Open Division: Women, Men, or Mixed).


HYROX Café
Open throughout the event, welcoming all supporters to the Cheerzone. Follow the live race rediffusion on screens, gather information, and connect with athletes at the central point. Plus, enjoy café drinks and shakes on the house for all three days.

About HYROX & our facilities
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 × 1 km runs with functional workout stations performed in sequence.

Opening mid-October at Mix Brussels, our HYROX Lab offers 1000 m² of premium training space, including a 100m indoor running track. Train with a complete HYROX setup with Stride equipments —SkiErgs, sleds, rowers, sandbags, kettlebells, and wall-ball zones.
