AI or AI?
Nearly a century ago, the renowned French-American artist Marcel Duchamp warned that “art will be sunk or drowned by technology… Technology will surely drown us. The individual is disappearing rapidly. We’ll eventually be nothing but numbered ants.”
Is this prophecy coming true?
As Artificial Intelligence reshapes our jobs and lives, another equally powerful form of intelligence remains critical: Artistic Intelligence.
Join us on January 23 to explore what it means to be human in this age of transformation and how we can nurture our free will and creative potential.
Discover the Power of Artistic Intelligence
This special evening will introduce you to Art Thinking, a groundbreaking method developed by Prof. Sylvain Bureau. Art Thinking helps individuals and organizations embrace Artistic Intelligence to unlock creativity, dismantle outdated practices, and open new possibilities.
Event Highlights
6:30–7:30 pm:
Engage in a thought-provoking discussion about the interplay between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Artistic Intelligence (AI). Panelists include:
- Prof. Sylvain Bureau (ESCP Business School)
- Christophe Bruno (artist)
- Chip Ransler (co-founder of Husk Power)
6:30–9:00 pm:
Explore 30 unique artworks created by participants of ESCP Business School’s Executive MBA program. These works were inspired by the Improbable Seminar (Jan 21–23, 2025), where participants used Art Thinking to approach challenges like artists and develop new imaginaries and perspectives.
As poet Guillaume Apollinaire once said: “We do not know all colors, and every man can invent new ones.”
Come discover these improbable colors and learn how Artistic Intelligence can help you "repaint" your world.
This event is organized with the support of the Improbable Chair by Galeries Lafayette.
