In this coffee session, we’ll explore how to set clear, loving boundaries with confidence - without the guilt. Because when we honour our own limits, we strengthen our self-worth, deepen respect in our relationships, and model something powerful for our children.

By learning to say no, we help raise independent, confident, and respectful humans.
