“The cartel is an experience. Anyone who has gone through a cartel situation, who has formed a cartel, who has written after a cartel experience, knows that the knowledge acquired there is of a different kind and that it is generally surprising.”

So says Jorge Assef, psychoanalyst from Córdoba, in a video recorded as part of the Cartel Conference of the Nueva Escuela Lacaniana (NEL) 2025 in Santiago de Chile.
