Please select the rate that corresponds to your status and, only if you have an accompanying person, the paying options you want, then complete 1 form per workshop participant.

FOR PARTICIPANT, the registration fee (including VAT) includes 

• welcome reception
• 5 lunches
• coffee breaks
• gala dinner
• workshop excursion
• electronic copy of conference abstracts

FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSON, IF ANY, each option is at extra cost (5 lunches / Saint-Malo guided tour / Gala dinner / Excursion).

Early bird prices last until June 15. From June 16, standard pices apply (+ €100).

PAYMENT

You will be able to pay your registration online via a secure site, and you will receive a summary and paid invoice by email on completion of your registration.

For French institutions, online payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment.
If necessary, payment can also be made by purchase order (bon de commande) and wire transfer. Once you have registered, you will receive a summary. Please send the order form to itqw.2025@gmail.com. Upon receipt, the proforma invoice and bank information will be sent back to be processed by your institution.
