The Gentlemen & Ladies Day is an event dedicated to elegance, luxury, the art of living, and the excellence of French and international craftsmanship.

Elegance Competition: The Gentlemen & Ladies' Days "Hats, Elegance, and Automobiles"

The Organizer: The Gentlemen & Ladies' Days and Signature Agency Medias.

The following is agreed upon:

Article 1 – Purpose

participation in the Elegance Competition "Hats, Elegance, and Automobiles," which celebrates sartorial elegance and the wearing of hats.

The participant agrees to: • wear a hat that harmonizes with their outfit;

– Competition Procedure
• Overall elegance;
• Originality of the outfit and hat;

• Present an elegant outfit appropriate to the competition theme;
• Respect the schedule, the event's format, and the organizer's instructions;

The participant will take part in the parade and the various presentations planned by the organizer. The jury will evaluate, in particular:

The participant authorizes the organizer to take and distribute photographs and videos taken during the event on any communication medium (website, social media, press, posters, catalogs, etc.), without financial compensation.

– Insurance and Liability

Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

The owner of the vehicle presented remains solely responsible for it and its insurance.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or any circumstance beyond its control.

Signing this contract constitutes unreserved acceptance of the rules and conditions of participation.
