About

Marissa Nadler (US / Sacred Bones)

Live at Genezarethkirche, Berlin On November 24th, acclaimed singer-songwriter Marissa Nadler brings her spellbinding new album New Radiations to Berlin for an intimate performance at the stunning Genezarethkirche. This rare appearance offers a chance to experience Nadler’s latest work in one of the city’s most atmospheric venues.

New Radiations, Nadler’s tenth full-length release, is set to be released via revered labels Sacred Bones and Bella Union. Her storytelling is cinematic in scope and deeply personal in impact, with a striking contrast between sweet, catchy melodies and dark, visceral lyrics. Whether singing from a first-person perspective or channeling imagined characters, Nadler taps into the universality of love and loss with gravitas and empathy.

Produced by Nadler herself and mixed by Randall Dunn (Earth, Sunn O)))), New Radiations features subtle arrangements from longtime collaborator Milky Burgess — woozy slide guitar, hypnagogic synthesizers, and gritty riffs. Genre‑bending yet quintessentially her own, this album freezes the world’s noise in a moment of beauty and solemnity. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to her music, this performance promises to be a rare and moving evening — a chance to experience New Radiations live, in all its haunting detail, within a setting as atmospheric and intimate as the music itself.

With special guest: Gloria de Oliveira (DE, Sacred Bones) German-Brazilian musician & visual artist Gloria de Oliveira’s full length debut Fascination was released via Reptile Music / Cargo Records in 2020. Her bewitching sound spectrum is often enhanced by her densely atmospheric, self-produced visuals. Her latest record, Oceans of Time, a co-creation with long-time David Lynch-collaborator Dean Hurley, was released on Sacred Bones and recommended as “an ethereal gem” by Loud and Quiet Magazine. She is currently finishing work on her third album, while also composing music for theatre, film and fashion shows.
