Dear Ladies,

Join Maison Femme for a Matcha-Making Workshop - a refined afternoon dedicated to discovering the art of Japanese green tea in an authentic way. In just 90 minutes, you’ll be introduced to the traditions of matcha, learn step by step how to prepare it properly, and enjoy a mindful tasting experience in the serene setting of ThéRâPie - Ochaya (only 12 spots available).

What to expect:

1. Guided introduction - Discover the essentials of Japanese green tea with an expert presentation on matcha, its origins, and its cultural significance.
2. Hands-on practice - Learn how to prepare matcha using the traditional chasen (bamboo whisk) and practice foaming your own matcha individually.
3. Tasting experience - Enjoy a guided tasting of two grades of matcha, exploring their unique flavors and textures.
4. Sweet treats & infusion - To end on a harmonious note, enjoy a mingling round with the other ladies and savor a Daifuku Kinako (soft mochi with roasted soybean powder), paired with your choice of:

• • Mugicha (cold) - a naturally caffeine-free infusion of roasted barley with cereal and roasted notes. Very thirst-quenching and refreshing, it gently cleanses the palate.

    Sobacha (hot) - a caffeine-free infusion of roasted buckwheat with a rounded, slightly nutty flavor, offering a comforting and easily digestible finish.

A balanced conclusion to complement the energy of matcha and leave you refreshed.

• Included: Guided introduction, matcha preparation, tasting of 2 grades of matcha, 1 Daifuku Kinako, and 1 beverage (Mugicha or Sobacha).
• Who can join? Women aged 25+ who enjoy discovering new cultural experiences and connecting with like-minded women.
