One Woman’s Journey: Challenges, Opportunities, Successes
Join us for one of BPW Lake Geneva’s most inspiring evenings of the year — our annual Member Showcase, where we celebrate the incredible talent, experience, and diversity within our club.
This year, three of our Members — Ksenia Lagunovskaya, Lucia Italiano, and Rachael Remaly Franco — will each take the stage to share their personal journeys of reinvention, resilience, and leadership. Guided by professional communication coach Maureen Steele, they’ll bring to life the common theme of transformation and success through challenge.
About Ksenia Lagunovskaya
A former aerospace engineer turned HR leader and entrepreneur, Ksenia helps people navigate career transitions with confidence through her digital platform AppLyte. She’s passionate about turning change into growth and empowering others to redefine success on their own terms.
About Lucia Italiano
Lucia is a transformation strategist who’s led change across industries from tech to aerospace. She connects ancient wisdom with modern leadership, helping organizations and leaders turn disruption into opportunity.
About Rachael Remaly Franco
An engineer-turned-coach, Rachael has built a diverse career in pharma, patient advocacy, and leadership development. She now helps others embrace reinvention with courage and purpose.

Should you invite a guest, please let your guest purchase their ticket themselves by selecting the non-member ticket option.

Important Information About Our Cancellation and Registration Fee Transfer Policy
We would like to let you about our Cancellation and Registration Fee Transfer Policy to ensure smooth planning and coordination for our events.
Policy Overview:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancellations.
- Transfer Option: You can transfer your registration fee to another monthly event if you notify the Event Lead by email at eventsbpwlakegeneva@gmail.com no later than midnight on the Sunday prior to the event you cannot attend.
- Event Selection: Please specify which upcoming event you would like to transfer your fee to by email to the Club’s Event Lead.
- Late Notifications: If you notify us after the deadline, we will not be able to transfer your fee due to venue payment commitments.
