This conference explores moral injury as a growing yet often unspoken challenge in humanitarian work, particularly in contexts of prolonged crisis and resource constraints. Drawing on psychosocial research, clinical practice, and insights emerging from a preceding retreat-style workshop, the session offers innovative, co-creative perspectives on resilience and renewal.
