Sabrina Menasria
Sabrina Menasria brings 17 years of Luxury Industry expertise to the forefront, with a remarkable career at prestigious brands like L’Oréal, Shiseido, and Coty. Formerly the Global Head of Data at CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty, she has added a data-driven edge to high-end cosmetics.
 
Beyond her impressive career, Sabrina's journey takes a unique turn. Diagnosed as neurodivergent in 2008, she's dedicated herself to raising awareness and fostering inclusion for neurodiversity. Recognized as the "Woman of the Year in Business Analytics" by the University of California Berkeley, she's a sought-after lecturer and contributor to Harvard Business Review, with her articles being among the most-read in 2022.
 
Sabrina's influence also extends to her role as President and Co-founder of "Les Singulières," a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and driving neurodiversity social impact. In business and advocacy, Sabrina Menasria is a luminary, making a profound impact with her leadership and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
 
Vincent Grimaldi de Puget
Vincent Grimaldi de Puget, with 20 years of expertise and practical experience, guides leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide, shaping decisions, investments, and talent strategies. With global insights from New York to Tokyo, he uncovers cognitive biases in investments and talent acquisition. 
 
Vincent earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He has been a clinical professor in the United States, China and Europe and since 2015, Vincent has served as an affiliated professor (part-time) at the University of Grenoble Alpes, sharing his practical insights with peers and students at institutions such as Sciences Po (Paris), Edhec (Nice), Baruch (New York), Tongji University (Shanghai), New York University, Columbia University (New York), and Skolkovo (Moscow).
 
Vincent has worked with many Tech entrepreneurs and the C-Suites of renowned corporations worldwide as well as national and local governments in the EU and US. He has been featured in esteemed platforms like Les Echos, La Tribune, The Times, British Brands, and BusinessWeek.
 
Member of the board of Autism-Europe, he spoke at the European Parliament and where he shared insights on the recruitment of autistic and atypical talents in Tech companies.
