Ordre international : compétition, ressources et géoéconomie
Description
As economic and scientific interdependence becomes a tool of leverage and coercion, states are redefining power through the control of supply chains, critical technologies, financial infrastructures, and strategic resources. This closing panel addresses the weaponization of trade and finance, competition for energy and rare earths, and the renewed centrality of industrial, science, technology, and innovation policy in global power projection. Particular attention is given to Europe’s strategic positioning in this evolving landscape and to China’s role in the future of global governance.
