Dear Ladies,

Join Maison Femme for a Panzerotti-Making Workshop and discover one of Southern Italy’s most beloved street food specialties. Together with Chef Giulia Caria, you'll learn how to prepare traditional panzerotti from scratch - delicious dough pockets filled with tomato, mozzarella, herbs, and parmesan - before baking and enjoying them fresh from the oven in a warm and convivial atmosphere.

What to expect:

1. Welcome drink & appetizers - Enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink, accompanied by snacks such as bruschetta, olives, chips, salty biscuits, and tortilla chips with cheese and pepper sauces.
2. Guided workshop - Step by step, Chef Giulia Caria will guide you through the preparation of traditional panzerotti dough and demonstrate how to prepare the classic filling made with tomato, mozzarella, herbs, and parmesan. Once the dough has risen, you'll learn how to fill and close your own panzerotti, assisted by Chef Giulia throughout the process before they are baked to perfection.
3. Taste & enjoy your creations - Enjoy your freshly baked panzerotti for lunch, accompanied by unlimited wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
4. Take a piece of Italy home - You'll leave with the dough you prepared during the workshop, allowing you to make approximately four additional panzerotti at home.

• The workshop starts at 11:00 sharp - please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.

• Who can join? Women aged 25+ who enjoy discovering new activities and connecting with like-minded women.
• Organized by: Maison Femme Luxembourg - a social club for women who value connection, elegance, and meaningful experiences.
• Registrations close on Thursday, June 25th (COB). Refunds of 75€ will be available until June 24th (the difference from the amount paid corresponds to ticketing platform fees). After this deadline, no refunds will be provided.
