Fresh Pasta-Making Workshop | by Maison Femme

Dear Ladies,

Join Maison Femme for a Pasta Fresca Workshop and discover the art of handmade fresh pasta in a warm, convivial setting with like-minded women. In just a few hours, you’ll learn to master the perfect dough, create delicious fresh pasta, and enjoy your own creations with salsa al pomodoro.

What to expect:

1. Welcome drink & Aperitifs - Enjoy a glass of wine (rosé, white, or red) or a soft drink (water, ice tea, apple or orange juice), accompanied by snacks such as bruschetta, olives, chips, salty biscuits, and tortilla chips with cheese and pepper sauces.
2. Guided workshop - Step by step, Chef Giulia Caria will show you how to make different kinds of fresh pasta, like orecchiette, cavatelli and chiusoni, while sharing useful tips and tricks along the way.
3. Eat & enjoy your creation - Enjoy the pasta you’ve prepared together, served with a traditional salsa al pomodoro (tomato sauce), accompanied by unlimited wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Registrations close on Thursday, February 26th (COB). Refunds of €75 will be available until this date (the difference from the amount paid corresponds to ticketing platform fees). After this deadline, no refunds will be provided.
