Women's Cycles Series at the Mix

Description

At Mix, we believe in offering classes that suit woman's needs, no matter which cycle of life you’re in. Women’s hormones go through many changes, and it’s not always easy to understand what’s happening. We understand the importance of staying active—not just during and after pregnancy but also when perimenopause begins to take effect. Strength exercises are especially vital during these transitions.

Join our Prenatal, Postnatal, or Meno Momentum classes to better understand the phase you’re in and discover the exercises your body truly craves.

Open to all women for our members and non-members.  

Price: FREE with mandatory inscription (so spread the word to your lady friends). First class is on us. If you want to join and continue the series get your membership here.

Parking: Public indigo parking, Boulevard du Souverain, or with a blue disk on the surrounding streets.

1. PRENATAL CLASSES

Congratulations mom to be...we are happy to support you every step of your pregnancy journey! Join us for carefully designed series of classes tailored to support you and your prenatal needs.

Where: Mix Brussels, 25 Boulevard du souverain, 1170

What:  Open to moms to be at all trimesters, these classes are specially created with modified exercises focusing on stretching, strengthening and relaxing your mom body ! Classes are 50 minutes and in English & French.

What to bring:  A water bottle and comfortable clothing

As a non Mix member, your first class is on us! If you want to join and continue the series, here is everything you needed to know about your Mix membership and pregnancy: 
  • Membership packages start at 3 months so there is no long term commitment: Why not offer yourself three months of wellness to accompany you on your pregnancy journey?
  • Mix offers at least 2 dedicated Pre / Postnatal classes per week, plus a variety of other classes and services available to pregnant women.
  • With a medical pregnancy certificate, you benefit from a 3 month hold. Additionally in case of complications, you can submit a certificate to prolong the hold for another 1-3 months.
