"Works and Days" is an extraordinary exhibition that invites you to immerse yourself in the captivating lifestyle of Provence during years 1970 to 2000. Through Abbe's camera, witness the timeless beauty, traditions, and spirit of his enchanting region, Provence.
Step into the vibrant lifestyle of Provence as captured through the lens of André Abbe, a kid from Provence who became a photographer and journalist (France TV, Radio France). André has the passion for documenting the essence of Provence daily life.
The XVIth century house has been in the family for 4 generations. The house is exceptionally open for private tours. This is the 3rd year family Abbe opens the house to the public.
The tours will be led entirely by volunteers from the non-profit society.
Available in several languages. Check the language when you register.
Open to all, and particularly to those who are passionate about the history of Provence and Roquebrune.
The tours are not suitable for people with disabilities or small children.
