Humaira-Kamal PASHA will present hre paper entitled "Do Crises Spell Adaptability ? Income Insecurity and Digital Skill Development in Europe".

The study examines the impact of skill development on income insecurity using the European Social Survey data (2020—2022) by the Probit model. It also investigates the influence of skill development on income insecurity by employing the IV-Probit model and Control Function approach.
