On 07 December, Nada Rejeb, will be the guest speaker of the Management and Strategy Department’s Research Seminar, to present her paper on “Family Business Paradox: Exploring the Interplay between Corporate Governance and Financial Performance”
Nada Rejeb is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Paris School of Business (PSB). She is also program coordinator of the Master of International Business at PSB. Her research interests mainly revolve around entrepreneurship, innovation, knowledge networks, and collaborative relationships, with a specific interest in family firm strategies.
Her study explores how family firms balance institutional and family logics for an efficient governance structure. It sheds light on how the financial performance is affected by the governance practices induced by the market logic and family objectives.
