Experience a calmer, more comfortable visit during our Quiet Hour, designed to create a relaxed and sensory-friendly environment. All background music and sound effects will be turned off or kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Please bring along your confirmation ticket on the date you have booked. 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your booked session. 

Each session accommodates a maximum of 12 guests within the Winter Wonderland (including both children and adults) per 15-minute slot.
