Rebirthing Ceremony ( A journey throught Breathwork, Sound & Cacao)

In this sacred ceremony, we will transform and expand our potential through the medicine of Sound Healing, Rebirthing & Cacao

Rebirthing breathwork is a type of deep breathing technique that aims to release stored emotions and trauma in the body. During a session, you'll be guided to breathe deeply and rhythmically for an extended period of time. This can lead to physical sensations and emotions surfacing, which can then be processed and released.

By combining rebirthing breathwork with a cacao ceremony and sound healing, it creates a deeply transformatinal experience where you will be able to tap into your inner wisdom and connect with your true selves. 

The cacao ceremony can help to open the heart and promote feelings of love and connection, while sound healing can help to balance the body's energy centers and promote deep relaxation.

You will leave feeling renewed and revitalized.

It will be a very intimate group with max 8 ppl <3
