Filafriques is thrilled to finally announce the grand opening of its gallery in Geneva. The very first show titled « Ancestral echoes » will unveil the so talented south-african artist Reggie Khumalo.

 

The artist's latest offering is a profound celebration of breaking generational curses and embracing generational joy. This body of work honours the ancestral bloodline, recognising that each victory is a shared triumph, a healing force passed down to future generations. Wherever we are, we are never alone. The ancestors are always with us in the background, celebrating our triumphs. Khumalo invites us to travel through time with his art, illustrating how nature recycles and how nothing is ever truly lost. Despite the pain and challenges, the mission has been accomplished, and that is a cause for celebration. This exhibition is a testament to the resilience and enduring spirit of our ancestors, and a hopeful beacon for the generations to come.

Filafriques a le plaisir d'annoncer l'ouverture de sa galerie à Genève. La toute première exposition intitulée « Ancestral echoes » dévoilera le très talentueux artiste sud-africain Reggie Khumalo.

 

La dernière création de l'artiste est une célébration profonde de la rupture des malédictions générationnelles et de l'acceptation de la joie générationnelle. Cette œuvre rend hommage à la lignée ancestrale, reconnaissant que chaque victoire est un triomphe partagé, une force de guérison transmise aux générations futures. Où que nous soyons, nous ne sommes jamais seuls. Les ancêtres sont toujours avec nous en arrière-plan, célébrant nos triomphes. Khumalo nous invite à voyager dans le temps grâce à son art, illustrant la manière dont la nature se recycle et dont rien n'est jamais vraiment perdu. Malgré la douleur et les défis, la mission a été accomplie, et c'est une raison de se réjouir. Cette exposition est un témoignage de la résilience et de l'esprit durable de nos ancêtres, et un phare plein d'espoir pour les générations à venir.
