(re)Igniting our Desire for the Future
Description
What if the future isn’t something that happens to us — but something we decide to shape?
On June 4th, we’re bringing together women — researchers, professionals, leaders, and allies — for an evening of honest conversations, bold perspectives, and collective energy. “(re)Igniting our Desire for the Future” is an invitation to reconnect with what drives us — professionally and personally — and to remember that we each have more agency than we think.
Over the course of the evening, a line-up of speakers will share their experiences and insights on themes that matter right now:
Barbara Houdayer · Head of Marketing, Caplena The Future of Insights in the Age of AI: Between Acceleration and Responsibility - In a recent survey, Caplena asked 150+ insights professionals to share their vision of the future. Let's dive together into the ambitions and tensions shaping the industry — through the lens of both brands and agencies.
Aline Ramos · Project Manager, MIS Trend What women in Switzerland are saying about their health — fresh data, real voices
Claire Mahoney · Professional Coach, Founder 540° Coaching | Quality Manager What it really means to navigate male-dominated environments — and how to do it on your own terms
Thibault Geenen & Laurene Bigot · Founder & Research Lead, Unguess Building a liberated company in the insights industry — two perspectives, one honest story. Radical transparency, public salary grids, non-violent communication, full remote, equity: a candid look at the real challenges of stepping away from conventional management in tech and research.
Gaëlle Chahrour · Client Engagement Director, Datalift Work-life balance is gaslighting. Stop balancing your people — start building companies they actually want to belong to.
Dr Sanae Tabnaoui · Physical Chemist | Neuro-Resilience Advisor for Executive & Scientific Leaders The problem is not the stress. The problem is the deal you didn't know you were negotiating — reframing burn‑on as a predictable, understandable response to a mismatch between our human design and the way we work, live, and relate today.
This is an evening for women who want to think, connect, and leave with something useful. Come as you are. Bring your questions. Find your spark.
Huge thanks to our sponsors M.I.S Trend, Caplena, Capra Alta and Datalift for their support.
