R&S #17 – River & Sky 2025

Another year of River & Sky is just around the corner!

For newbies, R&S isn’t just a festival—it’s a celebration of music, art, and the Northern Ontario camping lifestyle. Set in the magical surroundings of Fishers’ Paradise, this five-day gathering features emerging and celebrated Canadian music acts in a landscape of pine trees, rivers, and starry skies.

R&S is a community. Our sprawling venue—Fishers' Paradise—includes trails, trees, and campsites. Picture this: a main stage by an oxbow lake, a riverside beach stage that shifts from daytime dance parties to a dreamy campfire stage at night, and plenty of spots to explore or unwind.

There’s spotty cellular service, no power, and lots of art installations to light up the night—but don’t forget your flashlight! Support our artisan crafters, feast on locally-sourced eats from our food vendors, or jump into one of our workshops. Need a breather? Take a dip in the Sturgeon River, heat up in one of two saunas, or simply stretch out under the sun.  R&S is a "Rain or Shine" event - we cannot issue refunds (you will have an option to purchase third-party ticket protection during your check-out).

This isn’t a festival where you’ll camp in a giant open field. Here, you’re surrounded by trees, friends, and good vibes. Whether you’re here for the music, the setting, or both, R&S is the highlight of the summer.

Early bird passes are SOLD-OUT! Thanks to all who purchased their tickets early. Advance weekend passes are on now on sale until at least July 1st. Expect prices to increase after July 1st. Choose from 5-day, 4-day, and 3-day weekend passes, and don’t forget to grab a Dog Pass for your furry festival buddy (yes, we’re still dog-friendly!). Secure your spot while you can!  We will post day passes at a future date.

IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR RETURNING FRIENDS…

Festival and camping passes are combined and include processing fees of $0.99 + 2.75% per ticket sold, before tax.  There is a cost breakout in the description for each ticket type.  Our Advance Passes have increased in price slightly as we need to bring in more revenue to keep going.  

The Fishers’ Fee! This camping fee is incorporated into every ticket (in the service/processing fees) — weekend, day, vendor, guests, comped tickets, giveaway winners, you name it.  

It will be held for the Fishers’, and is completely separate from what goes to the festival. The fee is $30-$40 for multi-day passes and will be $10 for single-day passes. The fee for children (ages 5-13) is $15 for multi-day and will be $5 for single-day kids' passes.

But wait, are kids still free under 14? Yes! Although River & Sky does have to charge a $1 ticket for kids under 5-14. It’s simply the Fishers’ Fee that you’ll be covering — this helps us and the Fishers’ with our venue and event prep, and will help us keep track of the names and families of the little ones on-site.

The Fishers’ Fee will show up under "Processing Fees" during checkout.  (?why Weez why?)

Dog Passes: Last year, we introduced the Dog Pass, and it was a big success! Both attendees and the Health Unit appreciated the added accountability and safety it brought to the festival. To keep the good vibes going, we’re issuing Dog Passes again this year. For $20, your furry friend will get access to the entire festival and receive a custom R&S bandana—their very own wristband! This pass ensures all dogs are accounted for, keeps everyone feeling safe, and helps us maintain our dog-friendly tradition.  The Dog Pass will appear as a purchase add-on after you select your main passes.

RV/Trailer Camping Passes: As always, we ask that you purchase a Trailer Camping Pass if you are staying in a camper or any sort. The Trailer Camping Pass will appear as a purchase add-on after you select your main passes.
