JOIN US FOR ONE UNIQUE EVENING TO CELEBRATE OUR YEARLY ANNIVERSARY OF SIMUNYE WITH OUR SIMUNYE SPANISH APRIL FAIR 2025
Get ready to DANCE with "Los Hermanos Dominguez" live music band & DJ Diego Aguas; prepare to TASTE our great Simunye tapas and SIP authentic Spanish Beverages in the best hidden venue of Coppet: Les Caves du chateau de Coppet.
This famous event is yearly held in the Andalusian capital of Seville, Spain. The fair generally happens in April for 6 long days. From around 9am in the morning until 7am the following morning, at first in the streets and later only within each tent of the fair, you will find crowds partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking "rebujito", beer and sangria wine while eating our famous Spanish "tapas".

- Food & Drinks Court: YES! This year, in order to avoid hectic waiting lines, we will be selling our Simunye classics continuously throughout the whole evening in a dedicated food court! We will have small cooking live stations (Pepito, patatas bravas, churros, etc.) in the outdoor courtyard of the Castle.
