At SINERGIA SUMMER, you’ll enjoy over 10 workshops focused on hooping, flow arts, and body expression. From floor hooping and twin hoops to roller dance hoop, fan techniques, and more, there’s something for everyone, regardless of your skill level. Challenge yourself, explore new techniques, and connect with a global community of flow enthusiasts.

In addition to the workshops, we have an incredible Cabaret in the heart of the city, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking performances and immerse yourself in the magic of hula hooping in a stunning setting.

And don’t miss our Flow Jams with fire and LED props on Barceloneta Beach, where creativity and energy combine under the starry sky, just steps from the Mediterranean Sea.
