You are about to dive into a weekend filled with creativity, learning, and fun in the vibrant heart of Barcelona. From June 14th to 16th, we invite you to join us in this exciting international gathering of hula hoop and body expression enthusiasts.

At SINERGIA, you'll have the opportunity to participate in more than 10 hoop and flow workshops, covering everything from floor hooping to twin hoops, roller dance hoop, various hoop manipulations, fan techniques, and more. Get ready to challenge your skills, explore new techniques, and share your passion with a global community of fans.

But that's not all. A spectacular Cabaret awaits you in the city center, where you can enjoy impressive performances and immerse yourself in the magic of the hula hoop in a unique and exciting environment.

Additionally, as always, there will be Flow Jams with fire and LED props on Barceloneta Beach, where creativity and energy come together in an unforgettable experience under Barcelona's starry sky.

En SINERGIA, tendrás la oportunidad de participar en más de 10 talleres de hoop y flow, abarcando desde floor hooping hasta twin hoops, desde roller dance hoop hasta manipulacion de varios Hulas, abanicos y más. Prepárate para desafiar tus habilidades, explorar nuevas técnicas y compartir tu pasión con una comunidad global de aficionados.

Pero eso no es todo. También te espera un espectacular Cabaret en el centro de la ciudad, donde podrás disfrutar de actuaciones impresionantes y sumergirte en la magia del hula hoop en un entorno único y emocionante.

Además,como siempre la Flow Jams con fuego y luces LED en la playa de Barceloneta, donde la creatividad y la energía se unen en una experiencia inolvidable bajo el cielo estrellado de Barcelona.
