Un Fin de Semana de Magia y Movimiento

¡Estoy emocionada de compartir el programa definitivo para el próximo Sinergia Winter Gathering en Barcelona! Este evento está diseñado tanto para quienes desean iniciarse en el mundo del flow como para principiantes y más expertos. 

Disfruta de tres días mágicos e inolvidables con una comunidad internacional creativa. 

El evento será **bilingüe** (español e inglés) y las plazas son limitadas para garantizar una experiencia íntima y personalizada.  

Programa del Evento

Viernes:Bienvenida y Conexión  

14:00 Círculo de Bienvenida  - Nos reuniremos en el *Parc de la Ciutadella* / <M> Arc de Triomf para iniciar el evento con una *jam session* al aire libre, ideal para conocernos, compartir y comenzar esta experiencia con buena energía. 

Noche - Cabaret y Aventuras Nocturnas 

Ven a disfrutar del cabaret en Poble Sec - 20:00 – Apertura de puertas (llega puntual para asegurar tu asiento cómodo).  

20:30– Inicio del espectáculo

Después del cabaret, prepárate para explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de una noche llena de aventuras con tus nuevxs amigxs.

Sábado: Movimiento y Fuego

SLOW MORNING - Get ready! Mañana tranquila- Dedica la mañana a prepararte para lo que viene y vas aprender, disfruta de un brunch o toma esta oportunidad para explorar Barcelona con tu elemento y nuevxs amigxs.  

13:30 – Encuentro en el espacio de talleres en POBLENOU 

14:00 Taller 1: Iniciación al Flow 

Facilitado por Mika, este taller es ideal para quienes buscan aprender los fundamentos de cómo empezar a experimentar tu propio flow. Para los más expertos habrá dinámicas que desafían la capacidad de perderse en el movimiento improvisado sin mente. puedes usar cualquier elemento

16:00  Taller 2: Contact Staff 

Vinyet te guiará en esta introducción al manejo del contact staff combinando técnica y creatividad. Si eres principiante tendras la posibilidad de explorar un nuevo elemento si tienes más experiencia Vinyet te guiará para llevar tus capacidades al próximo nivel y desafiarte con nuevos movimientos.

19:00 - Taller 3: Iniciación al Fuego  

Descubre la magia del fuego con Mika, aprendiendo las bases de este arte de manera segura. Trae algo para cubrir tu cabeza y ropa de Algodón o Jeans al espacio.  Después de una explicación general sobre seguridad y movimiento con el fuego vamos a cambiarnos y encender el fuego en la playa. 

20:00 - caminaremos hasta la playa y encenderemos el fuego (habrá Abanicos, Hula hoop y palos a disposición para probar) 

20:30 - Jam de Fuego en la Playa  

para practicar lo aprendido y disfrutar de una noche mágica al ritmo de las llamas.

Domingo: Creatividad y Cierre Especial  

9:30 - Llegada y calentamiento.  

10:00 Taller 4: Movimiento y Abanicos de Seda  

Con Anna, aprenderemos a combinar gracia y técnica en el uso de abanicos de seda. Puedes iniciarte en este arte o aprender movimientos más avanzados. Anna tendrá herramientas para todos los niveles.   

12:00 - Taller 5: Double Hoop - 2 Hula Hoops 

Sam te introducirá al arte del doble aro, explorando coordinación y transiciones creativas.  

14:00 – 16:00  Pausa para el almuerzo.  

16:00 Taller 6: Multi Hooping y Manipulación 

Descubre nuevas posibilidades con Angela utilizando varios aros en este taller dinámico y desafiante.  Iniciate al mundo de la manipulación y multi hooping o mejora tu capacidades con mas desafíos en tu práctica 

18:00 - UV JAM y Ecstatic Dance y círculo de cierre

Cerraremos el evento con una increíble UV JAM, bailando bajo luces ultravioletas para una experiencia inolvidable llena de conexión y celebración.

A Weekend of Magic and Movement

I’m thrilled to share the final program for the upcoming Sinergia Winter Gathering in Barcelona! This event is designed for those new to flow arts, beginners, and experienced practitioners alike.
Enjoy three magical and unforgettable days with a creative international community.
The event will be bilingual (English and Spanish), and spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.

Event Program

Friday: Welcome and Connection

14:00 – Welcome Circle
We’ll gather at Parc de la Ciutadella / Arc de Triomf to kick off the event with an outdoor jam session, a perfect way to meet, share, and start this experience with great energy.

Evening – Cabaret and Night Adventures
Come and enjoy the cabaret in Poble Sec

• 20:00 – Doors open 
• 20:30 – Show begins

After the cabaret, get ready to explore the city and enjoy a night full of adventures with your new flow friends.

Saturday: Movement and Fire

SLOW MORNING – Take your time! Relax, get ready for the day ahead, enjoy a brunch, or explore Barcelona with your flow prop and new friends.

13:30 – Meet at the workshop space in Poblenou

14:00 – Workshop 1: Introduction to Flow
Facilitated by Mika, this workshop is perfect for those looking to learn the basics of exploring their unique flow. Experienced participants can dive into improvisation challenges designed to deepen their movement practice. Any prop can be used!

16:00 – Workshop 2: Contact Staff
Vinyet will guide you through the fundamentals of contact staff, combining technique and creativity. Beginners can explore a new prop, while advanced participants will be challenged with new tricks and movement sequences.

18:00 – Integration Time
Take a moment to practice and integrate what you’ve learned.

19:00 – Workshop 3: Fire Spinning Basics
Discover the magic of fire spinning with Mika! Learn the foundations of this art safely. Bring head coverings and wear cotton or denim clothing to the workshop. After a general safety briefing and movement session, we’ll prepare for the fire jam.

20:00 – Walk to the beach, where fire props (fans, hula hoops, and staffs) will be available for use.

Practice what you’ve learned and enjoy a magical night by the flames.

Sunday: Creativity and Closing Celebration

9:30 – Arrival and warm-up.

10:00 – Workshop 4: Movement and Silk Fans
Anna will teach you how to combine grace and technique using silk fans. Beginners will explore the basics, while advanced participants can refine their skills with more challenging movements.

12:00 – Workshop 5: Double Hoop (2 Hoops)
Sam will introduce you to the art of double hooping, focusing on coordination and creative transitions.

14:00 – 16:00 – Lunch Break.

16:00 – Workshop 6: Multi-Hooping and Manipulation
Explore new possibilities with Angela in this dynamic and challenging workshop. Whether you’re starting out or advancing your skills, Angela will help you navigate the world of multi-hooping and prop manipulation.

18:00 – UV JAM, Ecstatic Dance, and Closing Circle
We’ll end the event with an incredible UV JAM, dancing under ultraviolet lights for an unforgettable experience of connection and celebration.
