Este año celebramos 10 años de Sinergia.
Diez años creando comunidad.

Diez años aprendiendo, creciendo y brillando juntas.

 

Nos encontraremos en el Polideportivo de la Ciutadella, dentro de uno de los parques más hermosos y artísticos de la ciudad donde nació Fans of Hooping

Alquilaremos un espacio amplio para entrenar, crear y compartir, con acceso a piscina y rodeadas de naturaleza el "Polideportivo de Ciutadella" ubicado adentro del Gymnasio

Un fin de semana intenso, cuidado y lleno de magia.

3 Talleres Principales Intensivos

SÁBADO 30

10:00 – 13:00
Hoop Dance Intensivo con Rachel Sullivan (@dancewithcircles)
2 horas de técnica + 1 hora de integración y feedback personalizado.

16:00 – 19:00
Segundo Taller Intensivo + integración práctica.

DOMINGO 31

10:30 – 13:30
Tercer Taller Intensivo + integración.

Las profesoras invitadas son artistas que admiramos profundamente, con una pedagogía clara, inspiradora y transformadora.

Hula Hoop Convention 2026

This year we celebrate 10 years of Sinergia.
Ten years building community.
Ten years learning, growing, and shining together.

We will gather at the Polideportivo Ciutadella, located inside one of the most beautiful and artistic parks in the city — the place where Fans of Hooping was born.

We will rent a spacious indoor training area to practice, create, and share, with access to the swimming pool and surrounded by nature at “Polideportivo de Ciutadella,” located inside the OKEYMAS CEM Parque de la Ciudadela gym complex.

3 Main Intensive Workshops

SATURDAY 30

10:00 – 13:00
Hoop Dance Intensive with Rachel Sullivan (@dancewithcircles)
2 hours of technique + 1 hour of integration and personalized feedback.

16:00 – 19:00
Second Intensive Workshop + practical integration.

SUNDAY 31

10:30 – 13:30
Third Intensive Workshop + integration.
