Sunday Rise, Glow & Brunch @Mix

Join us Sunday 15/08 and 25/08 for an outdoor powerfull workout with Gwen followed by our delicious and famous brunch at Roméo ! 

// Where? Joule Garden Terrasse, Mix Brussels, 25 Boulevard du souverain, 1170 (Grand Hall on Ground Floor in case of bad weather)

// When? Sundays 18/08 & 25/08 at 10am

// What? Rise and shine with you favorite energizing instructor: Gwen. Gradually ease into your day by starting it with a Pilates and Barre fitness flow movement session.The class begins with a simple practice that will help you connect to your body and mind. Expect a mood boosting playlist that will keep you smiling all day long ! 

// What to bring? Sport clothes, small towel and water bottle. We provide the mats (no other accessories are needed for the classes)

For non-members: Please note, no access to showers or changing room or gym & wellness. Ticket includes Class & Brunch .
