Le concert « Rencontre autour de Jobim » réunit des amoureux du jazz, de la musique brésilienne et des passerelles avec la chanson française. Ce sont deux trios qui croiseront leurs talents à la salle Jean Monnet de Salies-de-Béarn le 8 février 2026 : le Swingin’ Bayonne d’une part avec Arnaud Labastie (piano), Patrick Quillart (contrebasse), et Jean Duverdier (batterie), et d’autre part le Bossa Flor Trio, avec Philippe Quevauviller (chant), Vitor Garbelotto (guitare sept cordes) et Roberto de Oliveira (trombone). Swingin’ Bayonne est fidèle à la tradition du jazz qui swingue, celui qui invite à la danse, Bossa Flor Trio poursuit le chemin de passeurs avec des interprétations en français et anglais de grands standards de la bossa nova, les deux trios unissent leurs chemins musicaux pour le plaisir de partages musicaux et le bonheur du public ! La soirée est proposée par l’association Bossa Flor Music qui anime des rencontres autour de la musique brésilienne au cours des saisons culturelles et du Festival Brésil en Béarn organisé durant la première semaine du mois d’août.

The concert ‘Encounter with Jobim’ brings together lovers of jazz, Brazilian music and French chanson. Two trios will combine their talents at the Jean Monnet Hall in Salies-de-Béarn on 8 February 2026: Swingin' Bayonne, featuring Arnaud Labastie (piano), Patrick Quillart (double bass) and Jean Duverdier (drums), and the Bossa Flor Trio, featuring Philippe Quevauviller (vocals), Vitor Garbelotto (seven-string guitar) and Roberto de Oliveira (trombone). Swingin' Bayonne is faithful to the tradition of swinging jazz, the kind that invites you to dance, while Bossa Flor Trio continues to pass on the torch with French and English interpretations of bossa nova classics. The two trios are joining musical forces for the pleasure of sharing music and delighting audiences! The evening is organised by the Bossa Flor Music association, which hosts events around Brazilian music during the cultural seasons and the Festival Brésil en Béarn held during the first week of August.
