The Wellness Days

For two days, Mix transforms into a wellness playground for the body, mind, and everything in between. This event is dedicated to women’s wellness, cycles, and holistic health, with five core themes at its heart: Mind · Sport · Inner Cycle · Beauty · Sexuality.

Discover powerful conversations led by women, transformative classes guided by expert coaches, and immersive brand experiences you won’t find anywhere else in Brussels. 

This two-day gathering is open and accessible to everyone. Romeo Bar and Joule Eatery will be open all weekend, serving cocktails, music, and a variety of food options. Entry is free, but tickets are required.
