Truffle Pasta-Making Workshop | by Maison Femme

Dear Ladies,

Join Maison Femme for an exclusive Truffle Pasta-Making Workshop and learn to master the perfect dough, shape your own pasta, and enjoy your handmade dish topped with seasonal truffles and truffle oil. 

What to expect:

1. Welcome drink & aperitifs - Enjoy unlimited prosecco, wine (rosé, white, or red), or soft drinks (water, ice tea, juice), accompanied by snacks such as bruschetta, olives, chips, salty biscuits, and tortilla chips with cheese and pepper sauces.

2. Presentation of the seasonal truffle - Learn about the truffle of the season, its origins, characteristics, aromas, and how to use it properly in your dishes.

3. Guided pasta-making workshop - Step by step, Chef Giulia Caria will show you how to prepare your own fresh pasta dough, roll it by hand or with the machine, and cut it into tajarin (tagliolini) or tagliatelle.

4. Guided sauce-making workshop - Create two refined sauces for your pasta, such as a beurre noisette or a Parmesan cream sauce, topped with truffles and truffle oil.

5. Eat & enjoy your creation - Savor the pasta you’ve prepared together, and enjoy conversations with like-minded women.

• Included: Welcome drink with snacks, guided pasta-and sauce-making workshop, lunch of the prepared pasta, unlimited prosecco, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Who can join? Women aged 25+ who enjoy discovering new activities and connecting with like-minded women.

• Registrations close on Wednesday, December 10th (COB). Refunds of €95 will be available until this date (the difference from the amount paid corresponds to ticketing platform fees). After this deadline, no refunds will be provided.
