We welcome you for this WELLNESS stay around YOGA and MASSAGE in the Medina of Essaouira. 5 minutes from the sea, the charming Riad *** Les Terrasses d'Essaouira is a real haven of peace overlooking the ocean and the Medina.

This little corner of paradise is the perfect place to enjoy 7 days of YOGA – MASSAGE & RELAXATION as a couple, with friends, family or alone.

This yoga retreat is open to everyone, whatever your level, we build classes and workshops so that they are scalable and adapted to both beginners and people with many years of practice. Carried by the energy and kindness of the group, the beauty of the landscapes, and powerful sharing, this yoga-massage stay offers you a unique opportunity to relax and deepen your practice!

OUR U-MOOV TEACHERS ::

You exchange with Morgan and Tatiana throughout this stay WELL BEING.

The whole U-MOOV team likes to create a friendly and sharing atmosphere by bringing together people from different backgrounds around different practices and intentions that are important to us: yoga, massage, well-being, sport and food.

Morgan: Trained in India in Mysore in Ashtanga Yoga by Ramesh Sheti, offers for this stay Pranayama classes and daily accompaniment in your practice. He is also the founder of U-MOOV.

Tatiana: Passionate and has been practicing yoga for 13 years. She is particularly interested in the functioning and movement of the body and is trained in different practices such as Pilate, FIT, massage but also pushes her research and passion through other areas such as holistic therapy, singing and intuitive dances in order to give full space to happiness and letting go.

In the Riad find a universe made of colors and joie de vivre. Our quiet lounges invite you to a moment of relaxation and meditation. Our terrace gives access to a breathtaking view of the medina of Essaouira and the old town.

The sunsets and sunrise are particularly beautiful and source of all inspirations.
You will immerse yourself in the magic of spaces where contemporary design subtly marries the refinement of the Moroccan art of living.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION ::

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ::

The plane tickets are at your expense. There are direct Transavia flights to Essaouira from Paris and vis versa, flight time about 3 hours but it is also possible to land in Marrakech and take a bus or taxi (2-3 hours to the Riad). The return will take place in the same way from Monday, December 11, 2023.

Arrival date: Monday 4 December

The transfer from Essaouira airport to the place at the Riad is supported. We will welcome you at the airport according to your arrival time before guiding you to Riad *** Les Terrasses d'Essaouira where we will have our first traditional welcome tea. You will then have time to settle in and discover the places. 

Departure date: Monday 11 December

After a good night’s sleep and a final goodbye with a last mint tea we will take you back to the airport where you will leave, memories full head!
