No possibility to stay on nor access the gift shop.

YOU MUST EXCHANGE THIS RESERVATION FOR YOUR ENTRANCE TICKETS AT THE GUIDED TOUR DESK.

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied.

This visit does not include a behind-the-scenes tour of the Palais Garnier.

Access to the auditorium may be impossible for technical and/or artistic reasons.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the time of the visit. ATTENTION - the doors of the Palais Garnier open at 10am.

The cloakrooms are closed during visiting hours, it is not possible to enter with a scooter or any other bulky luggage.

Visits are generally scheduled two months in advance.

Please note that changes or cancellations to your booking are only possible in cases of force majeure (emergency).
