WASSLA Ciné Queer - Saison 1, Séance 1 - Flee

Nous sommes très heureux.se.s de lancer notre premier événement de l’année, Wassla Ciné Queer en partenariat avec l’atelier des artistes en exil. Cette première saison de projections mensuelles de films se fait autour du thème de “la migration et l’identité queer de la région de l’asie de l’ouest et de l’afrique du sud et au delà”. Une sélection de 4 séances aura lieu le dernier jeudi de chaque mois à compter du 23 février.

Un documentaire/animation de Jonas Poher Rasmussen, 2021, 1h30m, version anglaise sous-titrée français

Synopsis : Ce documentaire retrace en animation l'histoire vraie d'Amin, un réfugié afghan qui a fui son pays à la fin des années 1980 pour aller en Russie avant de rejoindre le Danemark. Le jeune homme confie un secret qu'il cachait depuis vingt ans.

La projection sera suivie d’une discussion.

الملخص:يتتبع هذا الوثائقي عبر الرسوم المتحركة، قصة أمين، لاجئ أفغاني غادر من بلاده في نهاية الثمانينيات للذهاب إلى روسيا قبل الانضمام إلى الدنمارك. يعترف الشاب بسر كان يخفيه منذ عشرين عامًا.

We are so glad to be launching our first event of the year, Wassla Cine Queer in collaboration with l’atelier des artistes en exil. Our first season of monthly film projections will be around the theme of « Migration and queer identity from the North Africa and West Asia region and beyond ». A selection of 4 screenings will happen on the last Thursday of each month starting on the 23rd of February.
