- 5:30 PM: Unwind in the W Spa (treatments available on request -not included in price)
- 7:30 PM: Exquisite Dinner
- 9:30 PM: Guided meditation and tea for relaxation
Friday November 3rd:
- 8:00 AM: - 9:00 AM: Full-body fitness session led by Michelle
- 9:15 AM: - 11:00 AM: Healthy Brunch
- 12:00 PM: 2 Hour Guided hike through the stunning Verbier landscape
- 2:30 PM: Refreshing smoothie or healthy snack
- 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Unwind in Spa (treatments available on request - not included in package)
- 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM: Yoga or Pilates session with Nadine
- 7:30 PM: Delectable Dinner at the hotel
- 9:30 PM: Guided meditation and breathwork to unwind
Saturday Novemeber 4th:
- 8:00 AM: Morning Pilates to start your day right
- 9:15 AM: 11:00 AM: Brunch with a focus on wellness
- 12:00 PM: 2 Hour Thrilling mountain biking adventure
- 5:30 PM: High-energy full-body workout with Michelle
- 7:30 PM: Dinner at a carefully chosen restaurant
- 9:30 PM: Meditation to conclude a fulfilling day
Sunday November 5th:
- 8:00 AM: A final invigorating fitness workout with Michelle (40 minutes)
- 9:00 AM: Farewell brunch with your fellow retreaters
- 12:00 PM: Relaxing Yoga session and personalized health plan discussion
- 2:00 PM: Check-out
